Finish Quality
DURATION sheet goods are manufactured using a proprietary edge-gluing process that produces a smooth, fully sanded surface. Panels are delivered ready to accept high-quality paint finishes with minimal field preparation.
Stability & Performance
Panels are engineered for exceptional dimensional stability. They do not require air circulation behind the panel, perform reliably across a range of conditions, and can be easily patched or repaired if damaged.
Flexible Thickness Options
Standard thicknesses include 11/16" (1x), 15/16" (5/4 ), and 1-7/16" (2x). Custom thicknesses can be specified to align with project requirements.
Custom Sizing & Fabrication
All panels are fabricated to order. DURATION can produce exact dimensions, reducing waste and eliminating the need to cut down conventional 4' x 8' sheets. Custom shapes, including angled and non-rectilinear forms, are readily accommodated.
Thin Panel Capability
Minimum thickness is dependent on panel size. As a general guideline, 1/4" panels can be produced up to approximately 24" x 48". Thinner applications should be reviewed on a project-specific basis.
Large Format Solutions
Maximum single-panel width is typically 50", subject to shipping limitations. For larger applications, panels can be supplied in multiple sections with integrated tongue-and-groove joinery, allowing for seamless field assembly and a continuous finished appearance.

Material Characteristics
Woodgrain-textured faces are not available.
