Bell Tower Restoration

St. John's Episcopal Church

Scope:        
Upgrade to poly-ash: Replacement of all wooden millwork. With specially engineered louvers, featuring reinforcing stainless steel rods and stainless steel mesh backing.
Notable:        
Historical landmark meets modernity: The revered ‘Church of the Presidents’ is now approved for poly-ash, marking a significant advancement in preservation.

New Construction

St. Benedict Classical Academy

Scope:
Large, new construction Catholic school serving over 250 students.
Notable:
Signature craftsmanship: This project showcases
intricate classical elements, boasting over 40 custom molding profiles, beveled siding, shutters, brackets, carved signage, radius casings, and a stunning medallion.

Middlebury College

Location:
203 Freeman Way, Middlebury, VT  05753
Scope:
New construction freshman dormitory.
Notable: 

Classic design statements: Includes expansive custom
running and raking crowns, meticulously crafted to accommodate the mitering of two distinct profiles, adding
a sense of grandeur and elegance to the structure.
Additionally, the entryways are adorned with elaborate
radius and elliptical details, showcasing the artistry and
sophistication of classical design.
